But don’t take our word for it, here are some of the wonderful words from those we’ve worked with.
“My daughter completed the course with Daniela, I would highly recommend it. Daniela is warm, kind and tunes into people to go at the right pace. My daughter made small steps which helped her a great deal. The course looks great, a combination of practical and theory. Great insights!”
— Chatarine, Parent
“
“My 15-year-old daughter did the iheart - 12 sessions program with Daniela, and the results were amazing! The most incredible part is that it genuinely improved her health because it made her happy…”
— Margarida, Parent
“
“Daniela is passionate about her work and delivers her sessions from her heart, understanding from experience the positive impact the material has on a child's wellbeing.”

A typical one-to-one session consists of a unique and bespoke mindfulness and resilience programme tailored to the individual's needs and emotional state. While each session is highly personalized, it often follows a structure to provide consistency.
Each session is designed to be engaging, creative, and child-led, using games, stories, activities, and movement to help children build mindfulness and resilience skills in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. Every session is designed to feel like a safe space to explore and grow.
These sessions are a calm, confidential space where parents are involved to support their children during their journey. They’re not about giving more to do, they’re designed around your real-life needs so you can respond with more balance and confidence.
-
You don’t need to bring anything at all, just yourselves.
Everything needed for the session will be provided, whether it's materials for creative activities, mindfulness tools, or simply a quiet space to pause. The sessions are designed to be gentle and welcoming.
Just come as you are. That’s more than enough.

Our group sessions are created to be welcoming, compassionate, and inclusive, with small groups ensuring that every participant feels seen, heard and valued.
Each session is thoughtfully structured to flow naturally with a calm, simple structure, guided by warmth and genuine care. We also establish a few simple guidelines, such as respectful listening and confidentiality, to ensure the space remains comfortable and safe for everyone to be authentic.
Our parent-and-child sessions are a special space to connect and practice together. These sessions support emotional wellbeing for both the adult and the child, while strengthening your bond in a relaxed, playful environment.
Sharing is always by choice.

We believe everyone is already okay on the inside, even if they don’t always feel that way. The iheart programme helps children and their parents discover the natural wellbeing they already have, instead of trying to “fix” themselves.
We don’t just teach calming exercises or tell people what to do. Instead, we help them understand how their mind works, why they think, feel and behave the way they do. When kids and parents see this for themselves, they start to feel better, handle big feelings, and face challenges with more confidence.
It’s not about following a list of steps. It’s about having “aha!” moments that help you feel strong, calm, and connected, not just for a little while, but for life.

A bit about me…
My name is Daniela Correia and I created Wellbeing Discovery & Personal Growth to empower children and adults by helping them understand their innate resilience and wellbeing.
The work I do is rooted in the belief that everyone holds the potential to thrive!
My journey and passion for mindfulness began during a time when I was searching for more balance and meaning in my life. It all began as a personal journey, seeking calm, clarity and connection during everyday challenge. As I explored mindfulness practices, I experienced firsthand how they could quiet the mind, reduce stress, and deepen my connection with myself and others.
This discovery sparked a genuine passion to learn more and what started as a personal practice soon became a calling to share these tools with others. Mindfulness became more than a personal tool; it became a foundation for how I support others in their own paths. Mindfulness is at the heart of the work I do, helping individuals and families to be present, fully engaged with what’s happening right now, without getting caught up in distractions or self-judgment.
